Terrell Marshall Investigations offers comprehensive and professional workplace training programs designed to equip individuals and organizations with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel. I offer training in the fields of investigations, leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). My training courses are delivered by experienced investigators and trainers who bring real world expertise and insight to the learning process. Investigations Training:
Basic and Advanced Investigative Techniques: Students will learn the fundamental skills needed for conducting investigations including developing a thorough understanding of legal considerations, privacy laws, confidentiality, evidence handling, and the importance of maintaining professional standards. I focus on teaching participants strategies for conducting interviews and interrogations, performing surveillance, gathering digital evidence, analyzing documents, report writing, and using specialized investigative tools and equipment. I incorporate practical exercises and case studies throughout my training program to provide participants with hands on experience.
Leadership and Ethics Training:
Students in my leadership development courses learn essential skills that promote ethical behavior and decision making within an organization. My training programs focus on familiarizing participants with core ethical principles such as honesty, integrity, fairness, and accountability. Participants learn strategies for creating an ethical culture including promoting core values, establishing codes of conduct, and fostering a speak-up culture. Additionally, students learn the importance of self-awareness and emotional intelligence including understanding ones strengths and weaknesses. They learn to develop effective communication and interpersonal skills, active listening, building positive relationships, problem solving, conflict resolution, as well as team building and collaboration.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Training:
Students in my diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training develop an understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and their impact within the organization. My training program includes the recognition of biases, stereotypes, and systemic barriers that may exist. Students also learn cultural confidence techniques that promote empathy and the ability to work effectively with individuals from different backgrounds. Students gain insight and strategies into creating an inclusive workplace environment while valuing and leveraging diversity.
